The THRIVE framework is a whole-system approach to improve mental health services for children and young people. It has been shown to support better outcomes by making services more efficient, more accessible and more focused on the wellbeing of children and their families.

Links to Participation:

The THRIVE framework advocates for centring the views of children, young people and families, with one of the key principles of ‘shared decision making’ and ensures they can meaningfully participate in shaping the support they receive.

Participation within different needs based groupings.

Thrive induction:

A THRIVE Induction pack (see right) has been developed to complement the THRIVE in person and online training offers, focusing on each needs based grouping. The induction pack provides a foundation of knowledge for all staff when they join Mindworks and aims to highlight THRIVE as ‘the way we work’, and complements the Participation Induction pack.
